Sukha Yoga sessions incorporate a varied range of yoga asana suitable for all, designed according to the needs and the abilities of the group.    You are not expected to contort your body into uncomfortable shapes.  The emphasis is entirely on awareness of your breath and movement in energising flow complete with relaxation.  A lovely way to ease away stress and tension mid week. These sessions run on a drop in basis on Wednesday  7pm – 8.30pm in the East Calder Partnership Centre.
